Our tumbling classes are structured to teach all ages from the ground up. All students learn the foundational elements of body awareness and health so that your child is set up for success with pride in their skills. We take a "technician" approach to teaching so that all athletes not only know how to achieve their tumbling goals, but how to use their knowledge of their body mechanics to progress to new levels.
