Whether you are a seasoned cheerleader and athlete, or looking to expand your skill set, we have classes that offer specialized attention to each athlete to stay focused and achieve their goals. Ages 6-12
Basic introduction to cheerleading – no experience necessary! We teach motion basics, how to jump, tumbling basics, dance routine, and introduce stunting techniques from the ground up! If your child is interested in Cheer, but unsure if they are ready to join a team, this is a great class for them to get a taste of all things Cheer.
Ages 6+
Designed for athletes to further develop basic tumbling fundamentals needed to progress to the harder skills. This class focuses on perfecting your roundoff rebound, back handsprings, back tucks, ariels, etc,. Being able to do forward rolls, cartwheels, and round-offs without help from an instructor is required for this class.
Ages 6+
Designed for athletes to learn and perfect the basics of all stunting levels and positions. All participants will try primary/secondary basing, backspotting, front spotting, and flyer positions. We will work on body formation, stunt skill progression, flexibility, balance and conditioning. Athletes will begin learning at prep level and advance to learning transitions, inversions, single-legged, twists and more.
